2012 Class Schedule

Beginner classes are for those brand new to the practice and for those who wish to continue in the easier style of practice. Class is focused on breath, easy stretches and relaxation techniques.

Bikram Hot Yoga is a 2-hour class.

This class is demanding  but can be open to beginners depending on your fitness level. Please consult with Diana via email for permission to do this style.The studio is heated to approximately 87 degrees for detoxification and safety with the practice, so dress accordingly.The practice contains 26 poses each repeated and performed in the exact same sequence each class.Minimum class size for Bikram is 6.

Continuing yoga is a more challenging class with continuous movement and is not intended for beginner students.

Gentle Yoga is focused on students who want to regain lost flexibility from injury or aging.The practice is different from beginner styles in that it has longer holds in each of the poses.

All classes are continuous every week and are not done in series. The only time class is cancelled is if it is a holiday.

The cost for each class is a suggested $10 per hour donation.

 Private classes are $65.00 per hour and cash and checks are accepted only.

This schedule is being offered through the winter of 2012.
